I'm starting to see commentaries from some of you, and links to increasingly credible sources on the matter. I've gone looking over the last couple of days, but the local pharmacies within walking distance are - for the moment - still out of stock.

If I land a job that requires travel soon, this is going to be more than an academic question. Even if I find myself having to travel for an interview...

I know that we've officially got a handful of days left to go, but I noticed from Environment Canada today that our local day here in Ottawa is three minutes longer than night-time. It seems a good idea to not let this go by unnoticed.

From the musical Come From Away as performed for Q on CBC Radio One back in 2018. Seems like a good moment for it. Most of my friendlist probably knows the premise of the musical, but short version for anyone caught unawares: the POV of the people of Gander, Newfoundland-Labrador when thousands of people flying to and from any number of places happened to have to land there on September 11, 2001.

You wouldn't have thought a musical worth seeing could be made of that premise, but they got'er done.
