Nah, we just find the hand washing memes we've not had and apply them before hand.

Or, we use Kirk animated series, since he's well past all of this.

Or Picard, solo or in concert with Riker, Worf, etc.. Because they're even more well past all of this.

I think the people I tumblr with are more likely than most to Kirk animated. I see Jean Luc Picard some but not nearly as much of anyone else.

Meanwhile, I think Steve and Barnes are doing as much art as they can to remind people about Soap and Water.
