About Facebook These Days?

If anyone's trying to reach me via Facebook these days, I'm having issues navigating the site these days. At least until 10 PM most nights. The pages load up slower than I'm used to these days...

FB is doing ... weird ... things. Which is saying a lot for FB. Some things are "no longer available" which is weird because FB reloads my page every 60 seconds, ready or not, so how can a new thing no longer be available? Some pages just don't have functioning comment or icon buttons. I mean, the place markers are there, not greyed out, but definitely not working. Pages I find offensive can now only be silenced for 30 days, not forever. I used to be able discard pages some of my people sent without discarding my person, that choice also gone.

And my algorithm is stuck on marching drum bands.

The thing I resent the most, though, is/are the automatic forced refreshes. Everyone is posting book length exposes of nefarious beings and FB can't let a me finish a four panel meme.

I probably think I am more important than I am, but it does feel like FB is trying to frustrate me enough so I will leave because I don't generate enough (any, I suspect) revenue.
