On the DEWLine 2.0: Dwight Williams

Looking at the Environment Canada forecast page for Ottawa North(Kanata-Orléans) and seeing in tonight's projections the possibility of a thunderstorm.

I would have once said that this was a bit early in the Gregorian year for such things in my part of the world...but I can't say that anymore, can I?

Seems like some neighbourhoods across North American experienced a spike in Hallowe'en trick-or-treat traffic last night, and others just dropped like stones into ponds. Mine, anecdotally, dropped by about half its level of last year.

There's something going on here that I don't think sociopathic pranksters or economic climate trends alone - or together - can fully explain.

Am I right or wrong?
