dewlineI think that, from now on, if I get a request for a one-way video interview via SparkHire, I am going to e-mail the prospective employer seeking that and say "thanks, but no thanks, I am withdrawing my application". Two prospective employers have asked this of me so far, and it would be best if there weren't a third.
It's not that I don't want a good-fitting job. I do. But my hardware-software mixture at home seems bent on ensuring that I can't use SparkHire as the prospective employers would like me to.
