2026, Day One Almost Done

I'm mostly done with the first day of this year. Some good stuff, some scary stuff, some disgusting stuff. Already feeling tired. There was an idea of my saying something useful if not witty, and the idea has escaped my grasp for the time being.

Sometimes it works that way too. It used to happen to me that I simply did not have a festive mood - and I just went for a walk around the city on New Year's Eve. And - you might be surprised, but the festive mood still caught up with me - at four o'clock in the morning, in a taxi that drove around the city and gathered everyone who also wanted to go out for a walk at that time.
