A Railfan Question

dewlineSeeing as I like travelling by rail whenever I can, and I've noticed that no one else seems to have set up a Community for VIA Rail users/fans...should I consider launching one myself?
Update 2020: I've since set up one on Livejournal - which may have survived without me? - and another here on Dreamwidth, thirteen years later.
