Can anyone tell me anything useful about Recruit Holdings Co. Ltd.? They just announced buying up Workopolis.

I have the latter company's Wikipedia profile at hand, but it looks like the anglophone version of the page could do with a lot of additional relevant info. As for the Nihongophone version, it's probably got all the info I'd need, but I'm illiterate in kanji and kana. My fault, that.
