dewlineThe Saskatchewan Roughriders have just informed their Facebook followers that this year's edition of their training camp was sponsored to some degree by Molson-Coors.
For some reason, seeing that connection disturbs me deeply.
Yes, I know that beer and CFL football have a long history together. But there's that political history of the Coors family that I've been hearing about in recent years. I don't know how much truth there is to what I've heard to date, but it worries me.
And the Roughriders are the CFL team I've followed since childhood. So there's that.
