I will be watching to see how that goes.

I'm afraid that the people it seeks to encourage will not trust him to follow through and will not accept his offer. I expect that they are so used to people manipulating and connniving that they will believe it is a scam of some type and continue as they have been doing.

That possibility certainly exists. I expect that there will be more than a few paranoid skeptics among the "Strong Men" whose behaviour Ibrahim's hoping to change. The first two or three verifiable winners of such prizes should be enough to convince most of them, I hope.
