Wondering how Elections Canada would manage it for ours. Have we yet had an astronaut "upstairs" during a Canadian election?

I would have thought that it would just be an absentee ballot of some sort. Maybe electronic instead of paper. In any event, while momentous for the social implications, it hardly seems to be a technical problem. But then, that's just me.
