Okay. Leaving aside the physics issues involved in this particular story of holo-Dracula clones running amuck in Gotham...there's one thing that really got to me.
Most - if not all - super-colliders are built underground, right?
Seeing as Gotham's been through a Major Earthquake - the "Cataclysm" arc and its sequelae coming to mind, friends and neighbours? - in recent years, the idea that Gotham University could get away with building a supercollider lab under the city, and over a major fault line?
Who the Hell did they bribe and/or blackmail to get that past the state and federal legislatures?
