They'll be isntalled in TO in the near future, but they're rolling them out pretty cautiously.

Understandable, I suppose. There are some who consider some of the uses cited in that uTOpia essay on such things to be dodgy at best. I'm not sure that that fact makes the idea any less essential to the smooth running of any given city in future.
