OTTAWA: City Hall Declares Emergency
Mar. 25th, 2020 11:41 amI don't think it ramps things up much further than we already know they have to be, but for city hall's purposes, it will expedite a few things. Some friends and relatives may have a harder time of it as they're on staff.
