World Refugee Day 2018
Jun. 20th, 2018 10:12 pmI meant to address this earlier today.
When I see efforts by low people in high rank in the USA, Hungary, Italy, Australia and elsewhere to make being a refugee - and helping refugees in Hungary's case - a crime...on World Refugee Day, I find I want to scream in wordless rage and frustration.
Then I remember why I've donated to groups like Amnesty International, Doctors Without Borders, the International Red Cross, the Canadian Civil Liberties Association...and plan to keep doing so as finances allow. So that this ongoing push to roll back international law does not go unopposed.
