Yep its all about what fits your needs. And possibly budget.
When I was fighting RSI I found split keyboards helped a lot. By splitting and elevating they reduced both angles forced on my wrists by a flat straight keyboard.
As I tended to lap my keyboards, the Kinesis Maxim worked well as it has a bottom support holding it together. Since then I've found deals on Goldtouch by Keyovation. They dont have the bottom so its not as good for lap use and the clamp can be tempermental.
Both are full sized keyboards and they do different things with the aux keys. Fortunately I dont have much use for them so its not much of a factor for me.
