As a teenager, I heard “Take This Waltz” on the radio, but didn’t catch the artist’s name. I soon figured out it had likely been Cohen, as I heard other songs of his and recognized the style, but I didn’t find that one again until I was in my second year of uni and heard it through one of the doors in residence and was able to borrow the cassette.
