Health Stuff For Labour Day 2021

In case anyone's wondering: this morning, I focused on exercise. I got in an hour's walking along with my shopping errands. Diet, not so well, I think. I expect to get closer to "on track" with that tomorrow.

Hoping to hear from my social safety net contacts re: the progress on CPAP financing.

A couple of my job applications were declined over the weekend. So I'll keep looking.

Good for you on the exercise; it's a tough path to stay on. The diet's even tougher. And I'm cheering you on from the sidelines in relation to the job search.
