Looking for your opinions on this: what's the website design software that you are currently most comfortable with, and why?

I'm using Brackets for light maintenance work on my old web site, and I'm gradually learning it enough to create my new web site. My ancient copy of Dreamweaver (which I never really liked, although I made it work) would not function on my new Mac so I had to switch.

I don't make websites. :( I used to be proficient in HTML and CSS, but not now... sadly.
