I'm not way down the list, and last I looked, I wasn't really close to Ottawa. However, anonymous must be close to Ottawa because look how often they've posted:D

I suspect that "Anonymous" is likely a mix of my own postings where I forgot to log in first, as well as those of several others near and far.

On the other hand, I'm *in* Ottawa, and appear only once.

I think it more reflects the distance in terms of the number of common interests, rather than a geographic distance.
