Those Beyond Meat burgers are mostly canola oil, so not particularly good for you. They have a much higher fat % than regular burgers. Plus canola oil has been linked to some health issues. FYI
Twice I've had a Beyond Burger at Carl's Jr. (or Hardee's, same chain), and I was impressed. I also order onion rings and add them to the burger. :-) The only thing that doesn't impress me is the price - they're pushing sit-down restaurant prices with that thing, but I expect it will come down.
I'm hoping we may see Spider-Man this weekend, we were planning to see it Wednesday night, but my wife has been feeling down with either a sinus infection knocking at the door or severe allergies, so that didn't happen. While I haven't read them and they aren't influencing me much, I understand some reviewers are saying it isn't all it could have been. Then again, it's coming after a series of particularly high notes in the MCU.
In A&W Canada's case - at least the location I bought from - there was only 50¢ price difference between beef than Beyond-brand. I expect that to narrow as time goes on, too.
It is indeed coming after those high notes, and there's an argument that can be made for intentionally going lower-key for what counts as an epilogue to both Phase 3 and the "Infinity Saga" begun with Iron Man...but I'm not sure that they went as low-key with this as they could.
It does a slow build, but once it gets going? It goes. If I say any more at this point, I may ruin some fun prematurely...
