dewline...Can-Con 2018 was good. Managed to get some time with a bunch of old friends and friendly acquaintances and learned a lot during the weekend, from immigration law to electronic warfare to climate derangement to books published outside North America.

Date: 2018-10-15 12:35 pm (UTC)*sigh* I'd hoped to get up to Albuquerque for BuboniCon this past August as John Scalzi was GoH, but I've had so much garbage going on with my health this year that it just wasn't possible, and I'm leaving in an hour for to do bunches of stuff in Las Cruces about it.
*double sigh* At least we're off to Phoenix tomorrow for a week's R&R for my wife's 50th birthday.
