Wondering who else has heard of Adesso?

Spotted one of these tablets at a local hardware shop today, at a price I consider fairly decent. I'm giving some serious thought to adding it to the studio's art/design arsenal.

I don't doubt that. Having been long ago brainwashed into the national habit of frugality to a fault, though, I have to admit to curiosity about anything that could Get the Job Done at a Lower Price, though.

Well, can't blame ya there. Just remember the old adage: You Get What You Pay For.

Ever thought about refurbished equipment (with warranty)? Refurbs are my friend. My wacom and my iPod (and the PowerPC that predates the G4 I have now) were all refurbs and none of them have had problems.

Just a thought to save a few bucks.

I have an Adesso CyberPad and love it! They work really well and they're not super expensive

I've heard of them but never really looked into them. these are mainly touchpads like on a laptop not an artists pad with a pen...there was a company that had this about 10 years ago with a stylus pen.

i'll have to read up on it more. sounds neat tho.
