Weirdness in E-Mail: Notices to Appear

Has anyone found their inbox targeted for spam taking the form of "Notices to appear" from e-mail addresses claiming to be lawyers' groups?

My home e-mail address seems to have been getting that stuff for about a month now. It's not getting past the spamfilter there so far, but seeing the spamfilter have to catch the stuff in the first place is annoying.
