Understood and shared, particularly given the context on our side of the international border at the moment.

Assuming a best case situation for 2015: getting things like this back into place - and building upon them - is going to have to be on the "to be done at best possible speed" list for whoever gets elected. That list will be a long one, as we both know, but this is as necessary a line item as any of the others you and I can think of.
