Inter-library Loans in Canada

I worry about this news. A lot. It could keep Canadians a lot more isolated from one another - both within and across the generations - in ways we can't predict.

For all intents and purposes, we no longer have a national library or a national archive. But hey, you can just google all that stuff, right? Well, no, actually, but it's only people who care about facts, reality, etc who are affected.
