Back from Seeing X3...

...and as designed, it was a thrill ride. Good for a couple of hours of not quite mindless fun. Assorted friends and acquaintances of mine have been poking holes in it -- or, perhaps "finding holes that were already in the plot" would be their choice of phrase -- or not, depending on one's POV. Good company to keep, too, with the OSFS gang -- or at least as many as could show up for this one -- watching it along with me.

I'm pleased enough with it. I don't know that I'd go back for a second look just yet, but that's okay.
