I wanted to talk about Schultz by comparing him to myself — but everything I started out to say came out as if I was on some self-aggrandizing campaign.
Truth is, I see Schultz almost as a sage, or a saint, someone whose values and beliefs were almost all "wrong" (to my eyes) and yet whose conclusions were almost all "right" (to mine own peepers, true).
The real truth is, he was unique, and I keep failing to put him in a comfortable box.
