I did. Rather good night overall for Ottawa. LoB is gone, as expected. And several of the weaker councilors were turfed as well. Council looks to be center-right now, however, as most of the vacant seats were won by conservatives, and Leadman and Cullen are both gone too (along with Feltmate and Doucet obviously).

Okay...we've got some work to do to keep things from getting too "Big.Corporate-friendly" over the next few years, then.

I voted! Apparently Waterloo had a 41% turnout, whereas Cambridge was 30% and Kitchener 28% (based on the numbers I heard).

One of the wards here in town was won by a single vote; I imagine they'll be doing a recount.

Yeah, I don't know. It was said that the fluoridation vote in Waterloo brought out a lot of people, which might explain why turnout was better here.
