I get reminded that it's this month - July - just as it's ending.

Not feeling great about that for a number of reasons, some of which we've discussed here.

I, too, have a disability that causes me to forget stuff and sometimes to feel like time is fake. If you want reminders, there are apps and programs that will send you reminders in the future at pre-arranged times? That is about all that I have found that helps.

I've never quite understood the concept of having pride days (or weeks or months or years), whether related to level of ability, sexual orientation or whatever. I mean, I get that we shouldn't feel ashamed of who we are, or feel we have to apologize for where we come from, what we look like, who we love or what we are able or unable to do, but being proud of these things? I don't know, maybe it boils down to celebrating diversity and the vast mosaic that is humanity?

My local public library promoted awareness of Disability Pride Month with a list of book and AV recs on this theme.
