Andrew Barton just gave me to understand some additional causes for annoyance towards the IOC and their allies.
The authorities of the neighbourhood affected might as well say right out that they plan to risk sentencing Andrew Cullen to death by poverty and be done.
Disgusting, these bail conditions are.
I fully expect a number of my British acquaintances are already aware, equally disgusted and working up a proper screed to suit the occasion as you read these words. They will no doubt be far better informed and more informative than my own commentary.
