Oh yes - we've heard a lot about your weather problems. I know for myself that in such weather it is better not to even stick out on the street, if there is such an opportunity.
Interestingly, we went to Samarkand on the same day. It is usually believed that it is always hot in Samarkand. Well, we regretted ten times that we didn't dress warmly. And anyway, it was strange to see all this oriental beauty and ice on the sidewalks at the same time.
