Where's a good place in Canada - not the one named for the river in South America! - for getting new KN95 masks? Bonus points if I can get them from an Ottawa source + have them delivered?

I've had Ontario Medical Supply recommended to me. Who else?

I get them from here: https://www.canadamasq.com/shop

Though I just ordered an elastomeric mask so that might change the game.

That's a pack of 10.

I may be spelling it wrong? It's a type of mask that's apparently better. It's reusable and has filters, and it's very tight on your face. I've been hesitant because they're expensive and I have yet to find a mask that doesn't cause me excruciating amounts of pain (the Canadamasq flat-folds are the best so far, and one kind that I got from a friend that I haven't been able to find anywhere), but friends swear by them. This is the kind I got: https://prescientx.com/products/breathe-reusable-mask-single

Glad to be helpful!

My advice is that if you can afford to spend a stupid amount on shipping, try different kinds/sizes rather than bulk ordering like I did. I got excited and thought the flat-fold mediums were the best, but they've since come out with more comfortable ones and I'm stuck with a lot that I have to use up.

I am somewhere between a small and a medium. The small fits my face better, but pulls really hard at my ears. The new medium breathable ones fit better.

I don't know their Canadian situation, but Honeywell makes excellent masks and I especially love them because they don't hook behind your ears: they use two horizontal bands, and thus don't muck with my hearing aids and glasses! I also think they're quite affordable for a box of 100.

I didn't look at the site, just posted the link.  The first time I went to buy them, thicker into the pandemic many months ago, they were out of stock and I went on to a mailing list to be notified when they were back in stock and ordered as soon as they were available.  I have no idea what that final sale stuff might mean, I can't imagine them getting out of the biz of selling PPE.
