Due to the way things have been done here, no one can insist any longer with either staff or members of the public as there's no longer any legal requirement.

Whether this is wise is more than I know especially as free testing comes to an end at the end of the month!

Free rapid antigen test kits are still being handed out at retailers across Ontario. I can't speak for the rest of Canada, of course, and I don't know how long the RAT kits are going to be freely available for.
