Date: 2021-10-08 10:05 pm (UTC)It has been clear that researchers have been chasing only amyloid beta plaques to no good result for nearly 50 years now. This has had the effect of squelching other research. I am very angry about this. This is an interesting avenue because it fits my Dad's profile better than other scenarios.

Date: 2021-10-09 12:28 am (UTC)Yes, we're all going to die of something someday. But for Reasons, I'd like to avert this one in particular for myself. And if this chain of theory is correct, then this is another part of why dental care has to be incorporated into proper, regular medicare. As in yesterday, dammit.
