I've seen the news from London, Ontario.

A horrific crime, neither the first nor - I fear - the last of its kind in these lands now called Canada.

I do not accept that this was a thing that should be done to any family. Any who demand that I believe it righteous are fools.

Shootings are up massively in the USA, I wouldn't be in the least bit surprised at an increase in hate crimes, as there has been an increase in them against Asians. But Muslims? That surprises me a little. The Orange Spotlight has been turned off for a few months, I would have thought that would have turned down the likelihood.

After listening to the first half hour of today's installment of The Current, and keeping the crimes of January 2017 at a certain mosque in Québec City firmly in mind...it still does not surprise me to see this happening in Canada.
