JOB SEARCH: Credibility Check

I'm trying to find out more about a company called "House Buyer Solutions SA". I'm looking at a data entry clerk ad sourced from them on Indeed.com. A quick web search seems to give them a presence all over anglophone North America. I'd like to know how legitimate they are.

I found a Texas BBB entry for them:

The names listed on both are the same, but I can't tell which might be the umbrella under which the other resides.

Both have been registred for five years, and my google list had choices for offices in Calgary, Toronto, etc.

My initial feeling is that I don't think I would like to deal with them as a customer, and that the real purpose of this company is to sell shares in the company.

So, probably an outfit I won't want to be caught working for, too. Apparently, they want an office in Ottawa, too.
