Looking back, I am much less happy than I used to be about having been a regular visitor at the Warren Ellis Forums on Delphi back in the day.
A lot of my current friendships online are a consequence of my having been a camp follower. From Usenet to Delphi to Livejournal to here and Facebook. I do not regret the friendships, and would like to hold onto them. I regret what making them cost other people, whether I knew it or not.
