Okay. This is definitely Grounds to Worry. I've seen enough horror stories from the UK and Australia about the privatisation of the process of administering the local equivalents of unemployment insurance, welfare, disability supports, etc. that I know I don't want that practice imported hereabouts.

So, of course, the march to that Error continues unabated.
