A Mixed Day

dewlineI feel like I accomplished some things today...45 minutes of walking exercise in the pursuit of various errands across town, and 2.4 kilometres on the stationary bicycle this afternoon.
Also, I've been feeling the joy go out of the day, partly because the usual stressors. And partly because we lost Carroll Spinney (AKA Big Bird and Oscar the Grouch) and René Auberjonois (AKA Odo, Clayton Endicott III, the original Father Mulcahy from Altman's movie version and many other characters of note and substance) today.
The evening hurts, and not in a good way right now.
