I have that problem when I drive or ride back from Phoenix, I'm generally pretty useless the next day. I don't know if that's part of getting older or what. And getting back from DC last week I was pretty beat for several days, fortunately not much in the way of obligations. But that seems to have turned the corner. I do need to re-regulate my sleep schedule: getting to bed at 3am and up at 11 is not going to be conducive to volunteering at a library as I need to do to complete my two final classes.
