dewlineI've read some of the news and opinions about how the place is being taken apart by Verizon via their Oath subsidiary. This is cause for no small degree of distress, and I share in that.

For myself: I have been a writer, an illustrator, an office worker and a software tester. I expect to fill other roles as well between now and my eventual death. Some of which I expect to discuss here. As noted on my profile page, I was once a LiveJournal user, but when their server farm finally got moved to Moskva and the management made it clear I was expected to conduct myself on LJ as if I lived in Putinist Russia...well, that was it.
I hope some of you looking at this weblog for the first time will find me a congenial online neighbour.
