dewline...my internet service provider's doing something to make accessing the Net more affordable. They're working in tandem with not only OCH but ACORN Canada as well to make this happen. I'm not currently a beneficiary of this, but it seems like a good idea to get the word out by as many routes as possible to those who might be.
