I suspect that we have an incomplete list, due as much to my lack of attention as that of the designers of the site. Perhaps more mine than theirs.

I had only heard Igbo referenced as a language, and never as a city, and Google Maps is no help - for the movie, is there a conurbation of towns in Nigeria that is called Igbo or something?

Not sure about Igbo, any more than I am about the "Republique Nationale d'Umbutu (Congo)" which I can't find in Wikipedia.
