And in fact, I don't have much cause to.

Birthday itself was just another working day, but on the margins, came news that we scored the apartment we wanted and will be moving in on April 1. I've had worse presents.

And also, Raven handed our current landlord his ass on the proverbial platter. (And recorded the encounter - god love modern technology!)
