On the one hand, either side suffering a major loss in this courtroom fight could be problematic in an "Unintended Consequences" way. So could seeing both sides suffering major damage, but with an inconclusive ending to the dispute.
And yet one might be tempted to wish both sides to take each other down a peg in any case. No?
