Yeah, they should expand investigation to include campaign workers and officials from the Bloc, NDP and the Liberal Party just to cover all the bases.

There's been alarums and accusations by the Conservatives to that effect in the House, I hear, but that scale of investigation could be the last fiscal straw.

Sona couldn't have done it alone, the Conservatives didn't need to, and I couldn't see Jack Layton signing off on that, so how else do we get to the bottom of this?

Given how badly the trail seems to have been covered, it had to be someone who didn't know what they were doing, or an attempt at framing.

Maybe the Harperites didn't need to do this...but all it takes for motive in their case is for them to have believed that they needed to do it.
