Used to be the local flagship store of Eaton's, then it passed into Sears' hands.

Now, it stands empty, awaiting a new anchor tenant.

Target?

Nordstrom?

I hadn't realized Sears had shitcanned the Rideau Centre one. I used to shop there all the time when I worked across the street at NDHQ.

...and since there's no more uniquely Canadian department stores left, it's likely to get filled with a Wally World, or as you mention, a Target.
