dewlineNot being a journalist myself in the strict sense, but having an interest in the work itself for various reasons of my own, the above-named anniversary in Canadian law and reportage came to mind. And, actually...it's not quite the happy occasion that it could - should - be. But it should be observed somehow.
David McKie at CBC gives it a decent effort.
