There's a really crappy intersection in Kitchener that takes FOREVER for the light to change, and once it does, it takes yet longer for the pedestrian signal to turn green. Presumably there's a reason for it, but people jaywalk because they don't want to wait several minutes there. It's particularly frustrating when you're running for a bus (the terminal is a block away).
